Jochen Moose O-Thek is a small company that specializes in the manufacture of wooden lamps in the field of Nordic style.
The lighting design of unique pieces made of natural products, such as tree trunks, branches, birch bark plays a creative special role.
Originated is the idea of my own needs and so it have developed a circle of special, nature-loving customers worldwide in recent years.
All pieces I make in exquisite craftsmanship and many of them are very unique, because nature usually offers a lot of nice pieces only once in the same form.
More specifically, are my lamps made of logs and timber from Lapland, from "Kelo wood", which I bring from my annual trips to the north. This wood is partly very old (100 years and older) and mediated an intimate relationship with the agent and later the buyer.
As an additional Scandinavian-product I sell "Kuksas" (Lapland wooden cups) of one of the few remaining Finnish manufacturer, which still produces in handmade craftmanship from really genuine Birch Tuber Wood.
For outdoor enthusiasts, hikers and campers an almost indispensable accessory.
