I know it, you know it, we all know that vintage accessories have been in for some time and it looks like, for the time being, they're here to stay. I think it's fair to say too that, due to the production methods involved in 'antiquing', for example, each piece has its own unique charm and character.
So, let's have a look at some nice pieces from our designers to demonstrate some items of furniture that would fit well in the bathroom.
Sonja Morgan, of vintage Untiques, has a huge collection of great vintage restoration furniture, for use throughout the home. In this particular example, this transformation, of an old telephone stand, is a finished product that would look great in most parts of the home; and especially the bathroom -despite its stated hall use.
Another example, from the same designer, of the transformation of this regency style mirror into one that would thrive in a vintage style room. Again, too, this piece would be an attractive addition to most bathrooms and add a bit of class the the décor.

An aged piece of wood with a lot of character: unfinished and rough to the touch, will add even more personality to a bathroom; no one being the same and giving a genuinely authentic vibe to it. We love this bathroom product from Chiemseedesign and think it would look at home in any vintage bathroom; even though it may not be itself.
A beautiful, Victorian style, vintage bathtub, from Surface View. This is, pretty much, a must; for a vintage bathroom. 4 legs, gracious curves and a singular appeal, when put in context -who wouldn't want a bath like this?
