This amazing apartment is situated on top of a contemporary apartment complex and provides exquisite perspective of the surrounding seaside village.
This breathtaking penthouse was designed by WN Interiors with the idea of providing interior style to the striking water front apartment. WN Interiors accentuates an opulent lifestyle while showing a more directional and fresh approach to luxury modern living. As we travel through each room on the home, we will be met with areas that don't disappoint – each filled with stylish and modern furnishings that benefit from the abundant use of large scale windows.

This Sandbanks penthouse utilizes its location to the best of its ability. Located on the top floor of the apartment complex, this penthouse offers a full panoramic view of the surrounding seascape. The exterior of the penthouse is sleek and enticing, combining with layers of glass with brown and white decking, making this project an innovative and contemporary apartment complex. The exterior possesses a modern geometric design with a great combination of materials and textures. From this image, we are able to see the streamlined glass railings of the balconies. The combination of sharp lines and delicate curves make the apartments within the complex open and inviting.
The glass surfaces of the facade aid in reflecting the stunning view of the Dorset coast, making this project the talk of the town and the envy of surrounding neighbours.
As we walk into this magnificent penthouse, we are met with an elegant and fashionable kitchen adorned with white and a few black accents for a modern aesthetic look. The stone counter top adds a sense of opulence and draws the eye outward to the dining area, which is surrounded by deluxe cushioned white bar stools.
The kitchen, living, and dining rooms in the penthouse have been combined in an open floor plan for maximal comfort. The seamless transition between spaces allows for easier communication amongst friends and family, giving the entire space an inviting and grand feel.

As we walk from the kitchen towards the outer edge of the penthouse, we see a formal dining area occupying the same space as the living area. In keeping with the modern interior design scheme of the home, WN Interiors used a cozy dining room set complete with soft pink cushioned chairs surrounding the long, modern dining room table. A geometric inspired overhead light adds a sense of elegance and a rare charm to the penthouse.
The abundance of pastel colours in the area helps to increase the circulation of natural light inside, which emits an alluring luminescence throughout the room. The strategic placement of the furniture creates delicate distinctions between the various areas of the penthouse without the need for view-blocking walls.
The graceful atmosphere of the lounge was made edgier with more contemporary furnishings and design elements, giving off a continuous sophisticated look. The complementary white sofas form a border around the traditional living space and encase a streamlined, geometric coffee table with remarkable gold accents. The geometric influence doesn't stop at the coffee table, though. The walls have been adorned in a plethora of geometric and angled lines, all with a gold luster, reinforcing the modern, contemporary design element.
The interior makes great use of the white and neutral colour palette. An additional corner of this living area is dedicated to entertainment. All in all, the penthouse suite is a large and free flowing space completely drenched in fantastic views of the surrounding beaches and bright blue skies.

Moving along to just one of the phenomenal bedrooms of the penthouse, we are instantly met with an incredibly stunning view of the coastal sea and magnificent greenery that surrounds it. The enormous glass windows – complete with an entryway to the adjacent and stunning terrace – provide an exceptional view. This bedroom was designed with a fusion of modernity and minimalism, creating a unique and calming atmosphere for anyone who sets foot in it. The all white and beige interior of the bedroom allows for a natural flow of light and reinforces the calm atmosphere of the neighbouring beach.
As the last stop on our tour of the Sandbank penthouse, we're taking you out onto the terrace. The terrace of the penthouse surrounds the entire apartment and is certainly one of its most alluring features. As we can see from this image, it is almost as if the terrace itself is a mere extension of the abutting bedroom.
Surrounded in frameless glass, the scenery remains undisturbed to the guests on the terrace, making it easy to make the most of the seaside during the summer time. A minimal and classy white outdoor furniture set made for six people sits atop the deck, making the terrace a great place for entertaining at any time of the day.
