The 2022 Christmas is just a few months away!

While I could barely absorb 2021 and the ongoing year, Christmas is already knocking at the door. Had there been no timeline to follow, and no deadlines to meet, I would have thought this month to be March.

But we have no choice, right? We can’t simply go back to the dates of our choices and resume living lives from there, can we? So, to keep the wishful thinking aside now is the time to get our hands dirty with all the bright and beautiful shades of paint.

Painting your rooms is an inexpensive renovation before the festivities. Moreover, with so many tutorials lying around, you don’t need painters and other service providers to slash off your hard-earned money. All that is necessary now is to understand the technical combos of different paints, and which recipe will fit your sweet home the most.

The following paragraphs highlight bathrooms and bedrooms, talking about different shades and combinations of colours, and where what looks great! Take a dip here and get inspired…

1. The First Choice: Whites and Greys

When you are the least creative, always go for this combo: grey and white. It is neither imposing nor demanding. The combo loves to simply be, and the cool tones of both these shades always inspire a balance of warmth and cold.

2. Grey, White & Sky Blue

The next easy combo to decide on is this much-revered combo. Whether it is your bathroom or bedroom or kitchen, a seamless blend of cool colours will look great! What you need to take care of for this arrangement to work is thinking of the lighting in your rooms.

3. Grey and Yellow!

Well, if this is not magic, nothing is! While black and yellow also form a potent and aesthetic combo, grey and yellow take you on a ride for the modern architectural setups. The typical look of a funky cafe when worn inside a home, it gives the space a very positive vibe.

4. A Colourful Washroom Idea

Blue and white mix brilliantly here to give you a shade that mingles perfectly with the abundantly available natural light. Washrooms are the most intimate spaces in our homes, and they must suit your personality. So, if you want to spice things up, choose the warmer colours from the red side of the colour wheel. Modern professional painters, therefore, ensure the shades match the personalities of the owners and the rooms in which they stay.

5. A Checkered Design

This design speaks for itself. No combinations of paints but that of shapes. The brown mingles with its lighter shade that dominates the walls, keeping the entire harmony of the setup intact.
