A pair of semi-detached houses on a site which was formerly garden space to an existing adjacent house which is to be retained.

The design of the 3 storey, 6 bedroom houses is an amendment to a previous planning permission acquired with the purchase of the development plot. The previous scheme was a pastiche design and the brief was to contemporise the external elevations whilst adhering to the principles of the approved scheme. We also redesigned the internal layout of the houses with the emphasis on family living.
