Carved from the main trunk of a massive Cedar tree that had to be taken down due to disease. Commissioned by the Open University at their headquarters at Walton hall in Milton Keynes. This piece explores the idea of a sense of wonder at the world around us and how this can fuel our thirst for understanding.
