No ceiling penetration was permitted under estate rules so Shed carefully integrated a combination of wall up / down lights to throw light to the ceilings and walls in equal measure. The exception being the dining room where contemporary chandeliers by Resident sat comfortably against the dark great palette. Joinery interventions were discreet with bespoke wardrobes in the bedrooms and a hidden drinks bar and coffee machine built into the window cheeks in the dining room.
Generally the palette was simple combinations of whites and dove grey even extending to colour matched enamel radiators. Simple but effective touches of quality was the underlying desire of both designer and client.
