This sculptural coffee table was made especially for the Makers exhibition in Manchester and as the name suggests, it is inspired by the flowing, undulating movement of a sidewinder snake. This handmade, limited edition piece was designed to draw the eyes in and take them on a journey through the ever changing forms. This is the second piece in the new Strata Series which fuses geometry and patterns in nature. It is made up of 25 layers with five pieces of solid timber jointed together in each layer. The design can also me made as a dining table as well as in other sizes and timbers.
