The proposal had to take into consideration the existing character, appearance and context in and around the building.We proposed to use similar materials to that of the existing building. The side extension of the building includes large rooflights to draw in natural light into the rear and centre of the building.

The loft conversion is light and spacious and also includes an additional toilet & shower room.The house boasts a generous open plan kitchen/diner is envisaged whilst opening up the room to a landscaped garden.

This will allow the room to be opened up to create a feeling of a larger space in which future occupants can enjoy.The property has been beautifully renovated to celebrate the existing features of the house.
