Products look nice, but the quality of the products is horrible . Bought two Thermos mugs and both broke within 6 months but as I do not have the receipt to the actual store an longer they will not do anything. Not sending a replacement lid or anything. Never buying a Stelton again.

Bought a thermo cup and elkedel and they both broke in like a month. It’s like they don’t have quality control at all? And they just ignore people’s complaints - a shame.

I bought a thermal coffee cup and have had it for two months - in that time it has managed to ruin two bags because the coffee has spilled out. Of course I have double checked that it was locked, but the locking mechanism is simply so poor. So not only did the cup cost DKK 250, it is also totally useless. Practice a bad product.

I purchased the Emma Kettle by Stelton. The first one arrived damaged with a faulty switch. The second one arrived and the handle soon fell off (a known fault if you look online at reviews) and also went mouldy. The third one has also gone mouldy and Stelton refuse to refund me as they say they haven't had the problem before. So, in all - awful customer service from Stelton, horribly over priced kettle that isn't fit for purpose and is also dangerous given that the handle can fall off as you are pouring boiling water! I've never had a kettle grow mould on the top of it before - until now when I have had two! Thanks Stelton!
