Ordered 600x300 tiles for next day delivery which did not arrive on the Friday, was quickly refunded the money for the quick delivery I did not receive (excellent customer service), however when the tiles arrived they were the incorrect size and I had been sent 600x600, all the packs had to be carried in to the house for safe keeping. Contacted customer services and after providing email correspondence and pictures a date to collect the wrong tiles and deliver the right ones was arranged within a couple of days and was correct second time around.
However we needed up being 8 tiles short and so I ordered these only to have the shiny finish rather than the Matt finish tiles delivered and had to contact customer services again to have the correct ones delivered.
Issues were always corrected quickly so I can only praise customer services but clearly there is something going on in the warehouse at Total Tiles.
Very poor, Bought all our tiles and adhesives advised by the sales person etc for our whole house, living room kitchen dining room hallway bathrooms so on. After a couple of months I noticed hollow floors in areas and then the bathroom floors started to lift. I approached these guys to ask why this was and said it was down to bad preparation, I doubt that very much as I’m now lifting the tiles up I’m seeing that the adhesive is stuck to my prepared floors bud haven’t stuck to the tiles or should I say come away. I’ve had this looked at independently and now been advised the tile adhesive possibly just cheap stuff or bad Batch that I was sold will be the issue. Please be careful buying from here I’m now looking at a cost to lift up all my floors and re lay again with different tile adhesive and shall be looking to take legal action against total tiles as the complaints department here seem somewhat not great. Roughly 140sqm to take up and re lay, shocking!
We can not recommend total tiles enough. I don't normally leave reviews but the service we have received is second to none. When the tiles arrived a few were broken we call and talked to a lovely guy who couldn't be more helpful if he tried replacement tiles we're sent out and a refund arranged. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you total tiles
Had a great visit to the Ipswich Showroom today. Very conveniently located just off Nacton Road. Lots of tile options on display and the customer service was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Words can’t describe this company and stuff especially. Each person I spoke with is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about what they are doing. You can always easily reach them by phone. They will help you, give the right advise, even if you’re not buying anything from them. Delivery is always super fast. If tiles, for example, comes damaged, you will get replacement tiles immediately. If they be situated closer to London, I would definitely go to their shop and shake their hands and thank them. I've ordered a couple of times from this company. The tiles are beautiful, a reasonable price. The delivery is well packed and is isn't extortionate like every other tile company seems to be either. Highly recommended, our order has arrived early too

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Full tile sample arrived next day helpful to visualise what the finished look would be. Placed my full order which arrived within 24hrs was kept in picture all the time as to time of delivery by the courier. 100% happy with the quality of tile selected My only disappointments was seeing a tile i bought from another company for bathroom project last year was 60% cheaper at total tiles! Will recommend and be back in future

All workers polite and professional and very hard working. We are really pleased with our new bathroom.
Found some good quality tiles here at a great price. We had a tiler booked for the day after the scheduled delivery date, so I called them to double check the delivery progress and they were super friendly, and very helpful in checking on this for me. Very happy and would us again.
Excellent service and communication throughout the process - order was for 600 tiles as part of an extension project. I was able to select and later change my delivery date to suit without any issues
Unfortunately when the tiles arrived a small number were damaged in transit but Total Tiles sent replacements the same day and they arrived the next morning. Will happily use again!!!
Excellent service. Ordered sample tiles. Arrived VERY quickly and were full size samples! At a very reasonable price. I ordered samples from Victoria Plumbing and only received a really small piece of the tile, which makes it almost impossible to decide if you like it. And it cost me the same price as ordering the full sample from total tiles. I will definitely be going ahead and ordering all my tiles from total tiles when the time comes because of the excellent service they have given in sending out their sample and because their prices are so good.
Excellent company to deal with. Quality of product is very high, whilst pricing was extremely competitive. Customer care at point of purchase and even thereafter due to delivery issues (accidental damage caused by courier) was of the highest standard. Will definitely use Total Tiles in future and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
With Tile Giant gone, I tried Total Tiles, they have a good range of tiles at excellent prices. The staff were helpful and were able to offer all the extras I needed for the job from No More Ply for the floor and walls to adhesive, grout and colour matched silicone.
All in all an excellent experience, great prices for the same tiles I could get elsewhere at double the cost.
We normally don't like buying tiles online but due to isolation we needed something quickly. We were very impressed with the quality and the price. Within 5 days we had ordered samples, chose the tiles we wanted and had our complete order. We ordered over 40m of tiles and did not have a single broken one. We will definitely be using again and recommending!
We purchased recently the Keystone Grey slate effect tiles and we couldn’t be more over the moon with our purchase!!! I was very nervous about getting the right tile for us as we decided to tile our whole downstairs and I wanted something that has a rustic look and made our home feel cosy with warm yet light colours.
They are just perfect!!! The price was unbeatable, a local tile shop are currently selling the exact same product for £27 sqm😮 Our tiler said he hasn’t come across such a quality tile for the price we paid and found them great to lay…… no bows, chipped edges, easy to cut etc.
I couldn’t recommend these tiles enough we are so thrilled with the end result! Wouldn’t choose anywhere else for future projects! Thank you so so much!!!
Excellent service... its easy when everything goes right, but when a problem occurs, the way its handled is a true mark of the company. When a major problem arose Total Tiles jumped into action and rectified the situation without hesitation. I can state quite categorically that TOTAL TILES excelled themselves and as a result, I cant recommend them enough.

I ordered 5m of tiles and they were delivered before the estimated time by an extremely helpful driver who insisted he put them wherever I wanted without any physical help from me. I haven't used them yet but they were very well packed on a pallet ready for my contractor to install as necessary. Very pleased so far. 😀
A really excellent company. Very high-quality tiles sold at extremely reasonable prices, always delivered on time. The customer service is among the best I've ever encountered - very quick replies to emails and extremely helpful when it comes to giving product advice and answering any questions. I live at the opposite end of the country from this company and would never consider buying tiles anywhere else.
You just can't get any better service. My wife came in a few weeks ago and got all we needed. I've just popped in a for a sanity check before fitting and they're so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Very helpful in selecting the tiles we required and loaded them for us even better in sorting the fact we had chosen the wrong tiles promptly replaced them with the right tiles. Finally no problem it returning unused tiles.

I ordered from Total Tiles and was let down with delivery. It was supposed to arrive on Friday but then delivery driver did not make it and was rescheduled for Monday. This didn't work for me as I had builders ready and waiting to start the job. I spoke to Elliott on Saturday morning who was very professional and calm, even though I was fuming. He spoke to the courier service and managed to arrange delivery for Saturday. Tiles were with me in less than 2 hours. Very thankful to Elliott for his quick response and excellent customer service. Tiles are great quality. I have ordered from Total Tiles previously and this is my second order. Much cheaper than local shops!
We used Total Tiles as suppliers for underfloor heating and insulation materials for a renovation project we undertook 3 years ago. Based on the excellent service provided back then, we had no hesitation in using them again for a similar project this year. In short, we received the same high level of service in terms of advice, value-for-money and delivery, so were delighted with that consistency of service. I ordered the same floor and wall tiles which supplemented some he'd over ordered. Tiles, underfloor heating kit with insulation boards and all adhesive arrived well under a week from placing the order. Good and efficient company to deal with. Would certainly use again.
Great service. We ordered some sample tiles. These were bigger than are offered by other tile companies although we did need to pay for them. The tiles were delivered quickly. Unfortunately some were broken. The company telephoned to make sure we were happy with them and once they were aware of the breakages offered a refund.
The tiles were good and has enabled us to decide on which ones we want to use for our project. We will definitely be ordering from Total Tiles shortly

Excellent experience with Total Tiles from start to finish. The website is easy to navigate and the products they sell are quality, but at a really good price. I had the choice of delivery dates, and everything was sent that I ordered, packaged really well with no damage on arrival. The hard part is now fitting them!
The tiles arrived on time and are a very good quality, they actually look better than on the web site. The photos don't do them justice. One tile was broken but given I ordered 21 square meters I don't find that a problem at all, there's always the possibility of finding a broken tile in a box. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because I put on the order that the road was a small private road and to send a smaller lorry, however they arrived on a large pallet lorry which could not get up the road ,and the pallet truck was no good either so I had to carry the tiles up the road by hand while the pallet lorry blocked the road.
These boxes of tiles are very heavy (estimate 35-40 kg) and carrying them up our road may not have been possible for some people.

Very informative and helpful customer service. Very impressed with tile quality and price. Much cheaper then other companies I have dealt with in the past. but quality by no means inferior. In future I will only buy from Total Tiles.
