A great local business that really delivers and maintains integrity in their work. As a property investor, I have dealt with a number of trades people and can thoroughly recommend 360 to turn up on time, be professional and show dedication to get the job done and resolve any problems arising. I have used them several times and have no reservations about recommending them.

A brilliant service from the Threesixty team - they responded quickly, turned up on time, were super professional and fixed a problem with our tap that two other plumbers couldn’t in less than an hour. Highly recommended!
Avoid! I would have given no stars if I could. These "plumbers" are simply only con-artists. They spent 15 minutes at my Nan's house, looking at a potential leaky shower. They had zero idea what to do, mentioned something about a camera and left. A month later with no other contact they send a bill for £90. In the meantime a nice local plumber had been and fixed the issue for £20! They have demanded we pay even though they have done nothing to earn the money. Nan may live in an affluent area which clearly this plumber noticed however she can not afford to be ripped off for her pension!
We employed Three sixty services to fit a downstairs toilet and a wet room in our property to help us manage life with our disabled child who has cerebral palsy and learning difficulties.
What ensued is best described as a hatchet job, literally everything they touched was botched and did not meet the minimum basic requirements of the building regulations .
The electrics they installed were dangerous (but that's ok they said, your daughter will be protected from electrocution because you have RCD's in your fuse box!!), we had to spend our own money to prove to them that the electrics were unfit before they employed a certified electrician to replace them, at which point they threatened to take us to court for withholding payment.
We had to get building control in after the event to evaluate the job (again at our cost) and they found significant deficiencies with the installation. We had to rip up the patio to replace the soil pipe they installed because it had been underpinned with expandable foam, and we have had to significantly rebuild the shower because they failed to install a water trap in the shower waste meaning the bathroom constantly smelled of sewerage. The tiles they fitted to the downstairs bathroom were ruined because they failed to seal them properly, and they damaged them further in an attempt to correct their initial mistakes.
We have had to spend close the 3K to put all of their mistakes right and do you know what the killer is. We finally get around to asking them for our money back under the consumer rights act and they put the company into voluntary liquidation so we are likely to have no chance of ever seeing our money back.
The guy that commented previously is right, they are crooks and con-artists, Three sixty services looks like it is no more but to anyone thinking of doing business with these people in future let this stand as a warning.
To the directors, Mr and Mrs Warren-Mant, we hope you are proud of yourselves. You have caused us significant financial hardship and twelve months of endless stress as a result of this, as if life caring for a disabled child wasn't challenging enough. Shame on you.
