I have had my fitted bedroom cabinets installed this week.
They are a lovely colour, and they are very nicely made, with high quality compenents. The furniture compenents have been put together very well .
The team always listened if I had an issue with the installation. And they sorted any issues that I had as well.
So their team were very pleasant, friendly, efficient and helpful , and they did the installation very well .
I think that will be very happy with the fitted bedroom in the long term, because they will make my life a bit easier !
Empatika came back to me a second time to put some shelves in my bedroom so I could get rid of brown furniture and in my study/ second bedroom. Both rooms are now lighter and have much needed space for various objects to be put without cluttering. I am writing this review to recommend Tristan and Empatika for any custom carpentry needs that you may have. We used them for two very large TV storage areas in the children’s bedrooms and I must say I am so pleased with the work and craftsmanship they provided and I will have no hesitation to use them again in the future. I am writing this review two years after the job has been completed and I must say the furniture did not yellow or wobble unlike some other furniture that I’ve had fitted from other companies. It also sustained being handled by two children on a daily basis and no hinges loose or chips or cracks anywhere in the paint finish, still looks as nice as the day it was installed. I now wish I had used this company for everything else that was fitted in my home like the kitchen TV unit and wardrobes. Could not be happier with the professionalism of Empatika. The whole process was seamless. Tristan came out to visit my home and talked through what I wanted. I was sent drawings which we changed a few times until we got it perfect. Within the time frame I was given a date of when the furniture would be installed. Cosmin was the carpenter who was extremely friendly, professional and very neat and tidy which for me was very important as I could relax and not worry. It took 3 days and I am so so happy with the media unit I now have which I will be able to enjoy for a very long time. Empatika designed, built and installed beautiful custom made book shelves and cabinets for two large alcoves in an Edwardian home. The service and craftsmanship was really first class, and the end to end process was smooth, responsive and easy. We are delighted with the end product and would thoroughly recommend Empatika.
We were very happy with the services from Empatika. As a matter of fact, this was the second time we used their services to design, build and install two desks in our office.
The design process was fluid, and they were very flexible with our requests and were able to accomodate everything we wanted. The carpenters were always on time, and kept the area clean during and after the works.
The desks were done to a very high standard with great attention to details (e.g. soft close drawers, precise measurements, etc). Overall I would highly recommend Empatika for both large and small projects.
We are extremely pleased with our bookshelves/cabinets from Empatika. Tristan visited our flat to help us design the unit that best suited our needs, making helpful suggestions that gently steered us away from mistakes of our own making. He made sure that there was space for some birdhouses which are a family heirloom as well as a neat pull-out shelf for a printer/scanner. The carpenter who built and fitted our shelves onsite was a craftsman, and it was fun watching him make our unit before our eyes. It took him six working days to complete the unit, but it was worthwhile. We were lucky that another client cancelled his order so it took less than three weeks from our meeting with Tristan until our shelves were ready. We would surely use Empatika again. The cost is not cheap, but it was well worth the money to get a quality product that meets our specifications.
We first selected Empatika for some significant renovations of our flat after seeing the amazing ways they had made use of space and the high quality of their products. We wanted a lot of things done in a short time and could tell that they had the ability to deliver. They gave us the most incredible transformation of our flat with luxurious built-in wardrobes to two bedrooms, a stunning media unit for our living room and some beautiful floating shelves for our living room and hallway.
Tristan provided expert advice to us and worked through the design in great detail to ensure our needs had been fully understood. He ensured that everything was carefully measured to make use of the spaces in such a way that the cabinets fitted seamlessly into the walls that had various changes of depth along them. The result gave us exceptional storage capacity which was concealed and very practical with special features of deep drawers, lots of hanging space and additional cupboards above for suitcases. The hinged doors provided 180 degrees opening to enable easy movement around the beds. A really nice feature was having one door with a full height mirror.
The Empatika team were very professional and provided lots of protection to existing flooring and furniture when assembling all the cabinets. They carefully removed our existing furniture, tied in neatly the new cabinets into the walls and ceilings and touched up all paintwork to give us a truly remarkable result. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting true quality, a personal approach and a team that works with you and around your needs.
