Wow dont even know where to start, ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday on Thursday and it’s Monday next week and no sign of them, no community at all as they don’t answer their phones or respond to emails. spent £80 on the flowers itself and £15 on delivery. Do not order from them at all

I am writing this review based on the experience my elderly parents have had with Handy Flowers. The review has one star only because you can’t give less. Avoid avoid avoid this company, they are cowboys. My parents placed an order with Handy Flowers for a funeral wreath containing a specific flower. They purchased a 41cm wreath and paid £90. The wreath that was delivered was 30cm which was advertised on their website for £60, and it also didn't contain the specific flower. I assume they weren't expecting my parents to be at the funeral and notice the discrepancy. The wreath was for a close family member and the incorrect delivery caused them some embarrassment at an already sad time. My parents queried it with Handy Flowers and were asked to send photo's. They sent a letter to the address listed on the website and included photos confirming the size. They received an email in response offering a 10% discount. My parents rejected the 10% discount as this would have been £9 when the difference in value between the 2 x wreaths was £30. They received no response. My parents followed up with another letter to the same address and received an email from a personal email address claiming to have no connection to Handy Flowers. Their letter mentions taking further action against us if my parents disturbed them again. There was a 2week window between the 2 x letters my parents delivered to the exact same address. The first letter was responded to in an email by Handy Flowers, the second letter was responded to in an email claiming to have no connection to Handy Flowers, clearly a lie. I have reported Handy Flowers to Trading Standards.

The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and delivered on time. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they had a great selection of flowers to choose from. The flowers lasted for days and the prices were very affordable. I highly recommend Handy Flowers if you need beautiful flowers for any occasion.

I had a really good experience with this company, customer service emails were responded to and the flowers I ordered arrived just like the photo & on time. Really beautifully made. Thank you 🙏

I ordered flowers through a website called ( flowers delivery) that’s rated 4.9 on Google but somehow I transferred to Handy flowers. I ordered flowers that comes with a vase and paid extra 4.99 for premium service. On the day of delivery, they sent me an email that the flowers I have chosen was substituted with others because the flowers were out of stock and their policy allows them to do so. The flowers bouquet was totally different from the one on the website and even the vase was different. I regret that I paid almost 55 pound for the bouquet that was delivered. The only things that were good were : they delivered in same appointed day and when contacted them through email they replied quickly and provide me with the information I needed to know.

Do Not order its a Fake business, I suspect this company is a scam..Take your money, then say the order can't be delivered, I have emails, where they blamed DPD, I have spoken to DPD they do not work with this company. Their unprofessional responses and passing complaints to other people, make me strongly believe they are scam artists. I ordered funeral flowers on the 5/4/23 no flowers and still no refund...

There was a section in the website called same day delivery. I bought using this section before 11am. Supposedly there was a confirmation screen where the delivery date was written and I didn't notice that it was not in the same day. It was delivered in the next day, which loses the purpose of buying flowers. I asked for a refund and couldn't get it.

If only I could rate it in minus figures!!! Unfortunately this is the worst service I have ever received. The only good thing is that the flowers arrived on the day I asked for. I ordered a wreath for a funeral obviously & and the state of the packaging was nonexistent! A flimsy piece of bubble wrap. And because of the rubbish packaging a lot of flowers had come out of place! The roses that were dyed look awful & are wilting. And also haven’t been dyed properly it looks like a child has done them!!! Funerals are hard enough so this has just made it even more harder. They look so unprofessional I’m in two minds whether to even take them to the funeral & send them back to them. I have emailed twice & left reviews everywhere that is available. Which is something I wish I had done before ordering, as the reviewers speak for themselves. So save yourself the heartache and avoid this disgusting, unprofessional company. This has taught me that the convenience of online isn’t always the best.. these people are robbing people and have no heart.

I ordered a Glamour bunch of flowers yesterday, 11am, I was disappointed to receive the bouquet at 6:15pm outside of the promised delivery window but thought okay no real drama. However when I saw the size of the bunch I was shocked, a tiny bouquet for £75 and as you can see in the picture the next morning already one of the petals is falling off! Its a shame having recently moved to the area I was looking for a regular florist and the flowers were nicely presented but just not worth the amount charged.

NEGATIVE STAR!! DONT ORDER FROM THESE PPL I ordered flowers for next day delivery before noon (you pay extra for that) - I was realised that the flowers haven't been received which was around 12:30. Handy Flowers didn't call me to update me on anything, so I called them and they were avoiding my calls and then I got an email saying that it will be delivered in 15 minutes....two hours later im still calling and they didn't answer and the flowers weren't delivered. I HAD TO USE MY COLLEAGUES PHONE TO CALL AND THEY ANSWERED RIGHT AWAY, meanwhile im still on hold on the phone with the number they used. I wasn't able to get in touch with the manager at all, they won't give me the drivers number, its all ridiculous. I wouldn't mind if they called me and said they were running late, but to purposely ignore my calls, and lie was ridiculous. They now said it will be delivered in 5minutes (1 hour later)....I said I need to stay on the phone with them until its delivered because they lost my trust. I have been on hold for 14 minutes. Surely my flowers should've been delivered right? After all that , the driver didnt deliver the parcel after I sent him the number, a description of the place, and a satellite view. They said they will deliver it tomorrow - I cancelled the order. They blamed it on an 'incorrect address' when it wasn't, and they never addressed why my calls were being ignored.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. A tiny bouquet unrecognisable from the one ordered. Old discoloured shrivelled roses. The “guard” flowers made up 50% of the roses 😡 and were removed!!!! The hat box was maximum 6inch diameter! A £50 bouquet with 6 shrivelled roses 6inch diameter. No apology or offer of refund

I'm writing on behalf of my husband, who ordered flowers for my birthday. To say we were very upset with the service would be an understatement. Here's a quick rundown of the issues we had: 1. The flowers arrived way too late, outside of the promised delivery window. 2. They forgot to include my husband's message on a card - it was just blank. 3. Half of the bouquet's flowers had already been falling apart and shedding petals by the time they were delivered to us. 4. It cost £50....and for what....???

TERRIBLE company. This is the letter I wrote of complaint. The 5 star reviews on here appear fake to me to make up for the NUMEROUS 1 star reviews.......(this is the only way this company can have a 4.1 star review for their TERRIBLE service) To whom it may concern, I am writing to unfortunately express my dissatisfaction with your flower delivery service following our telephone conversation today. There are three areas I would like you to address here please. Firstly, the above order 17539 was due for delivery on 5th May 2021. This order was for a 70th Birthday, and therefore represented a very special family occasion. Unfortunately, these flowers were not delivered until the following day in the afternoon of the 6th May 2021. I am most disappointed by your service here. It is quite clear that you failed to deliver the flowers on the agreed date for such a special occasion. Secondly, I attach a photo of the flowers that were received 24 hours later than agreed. Once again, I can only express disappointment here as the roses are already dead. If you look at the colour of the petals, they are brown and I suspect have frost damage due to being delayed overnight at your delivery service depot (likely in a cold environment) Thirdly, I am very aware that my family have tried to contact you via email yesterday and through subsequent telephone calls to discuss this. However, there has been no response to either communication. As a customer ordering flowers I expect only two things; a delivery on the agreed date and a product that meets the standard as advertised. Unfortunately this has not been the case here. I would be grateful if you could respond to this email in terms of how we can resolve this matter, moving forward. As a customer, I would expect a full refund of the product and a delivery of fresh flowers as an apology. Thank you for your time

Currently awaiting response from them to see where my flowers or money is. i will keep you all posted for out come if they are to be trusted. at the moment it dont look good. if anyone is interested i have their various addresses which i will show if no response are forthcoming

Shocking service.Never answer the phone too. I ordered flowers for a family dinner party and I was told I could order in the morning to be delivered by no later 6pm. The flowers arrived 9.30pm.... After the party. I got no apology or even a heads up that they were running late. Basically a clear example of over promising and under delivering.

First of all - do not believe the positive average rating. Pay real attention to all the negative ones - these are warning signs. By ordering from this company is a risk of ending up having a worse day than it could have been, as you're likely to receive nothing at all. I've ordered flowers to be delivered same day. Called to confirm that the order has in fact been received (you have to be really persistent to have your call answered) and was told the delivery would take place between 6 and 7 pm, in other words - was lied to... And, as a result, my recipient did not get any flowers this day. Do yourself a favour and source your flower deliveries from elsewhere.

I HAVE SPEND 160.00 £ of roses and 15 £ of delivery. First - the roses are old. After a day, the roses are black and most of them look dead. This are 160.00 £ of flowers, that I need to throw away soon. Second - extremely rude customer service. The lady that bring me the flowers yesterday was extremely rude. When I told oher that the flowers arrived two hours late, she answered with a really bad attitude and violent tone of voice that wasn't her job and she didn't care about that. That was the worst experience I had. Two hours late - I have paid 15 pound for Sunday delivery. I asked the flowers at 12 P.M. they arrived two hours late, which made the thing absolutely no sense. There is a reason if a want the flower for a specific time Worst experience ever, never experienced something like that. UNBELIEVABLE!

I ordered several days in advance to be delivered on the Friday, had to call them when they still weren't there in the afternoon. To be fair, they called me back and said they had been picked up. They arrived the next day, so a day late, and then Icouldn't get hold of anyone. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Service is terrible! The bouquet does not correspond to the photo on the site, in reality it is 2 times less. Delivery was ordered for 09.02.21 8-6 pm, delivered on 10.02.21 after 9 pm. They do not respond to letters and messengers. Wouldn't recommend. They brought a lot of problems.

If there was an option to leave negative star, I would definitely do that! This is the WORST flower shop in London! Advice for everyone- please DO NOT place an orders from Handy Flowers. First of all you took my money and I received nothing. Whole day I was trying to get an answer what is happening with my order. Customer service was absolutely unhelpful. The girl was lying to me whole day. She told me there was no chance that my order would not be delivered, well it was definitely not delivered. I can’t believe- absolutely unprofessional and disgraceful service. You totally ruined our special day and stole my money too. This must be stopped. You must not STOP lying and robbing people. £64 pounds for nothing UNBELIEVABLE

2 of the 3 main flowers substituted without warning. 1 I can understand but 2 effectively means I had a completely different arrangement. 1 of the 2 substitutions was a completely different colour from what was shown which did not work. This was not obvious for a week as 1 of the 3 flowers used did not flower for over a week by which time the other 2 types of flower were dying. Customer service takes months to respond. Would never use them again.

I am unable to give negative stars. I have just received a wreath purchased for the funeral of a dear friend but I cannot use this, I would be ashamed. The wreath was squashed from above ( the box was properly intact) the flowers are only vaguely like the pastel shades chosen ( certainly no blue in the picture I viewed) and they are totally dry and as a result browning as though ready to be thrown. I do not now have time to purchase a replacement elsewhere. I am gutted and so upset. I have tried to call and make my views known to those responsible but no one answers the phone. Please do not risk the upset we have endured by buying dreadful flowers from this dreadful company. John .. Derbyshire
