We instructed Freedom Homes Architects to draw up designs for a wrap around extension on a newly purchased ground floor flat. Rebecca, Josh & Kate helped let our vision come to life and were extremely helpful in chasing the council once we had submitted and making the necessary amendments during the process I'd happily recommend Freedom Homes for any similar project.

I signed up for Freedom’s Gold service. I am delighted with the service and support I have received in getting my proposed wraparound extension approved. Joshua was always very timely and responsive to my design requests and gave me sound advice on what and how the planning application should be presented. Before appointing Freedom, I had consulted other architects, who hummed & hahed as to whether the council would approve my plans. Freedom’s planning application was approved in full. The next stages are Party Wall Agreements, structural calculations and plans, Building Regs plans. I will update this review after those stages. Thus far I am very happy with the services from Freedom Architects. My advice to anyone who reads this review: allow plenty of extra time for the council approvals. The planning department clearly has significant staffing and budget challenges, which is no different from other local authority services.
