The price of the product is expensive if you compare to any other shop but I trusted them because I thought it was a serious business but when they went to my house to fitting the floor they broke something and has been 5 months and they don’t want to take responsibility for what happened and they don’t want to pay me what they broke. Updated: 8 months later they told me that they are not going to pay me what they broke. And to be honest the fitting of the floor is not good at all. If you don’t want to waste your money go to any other company. Updated: 10 months later the floor because of the sun changed the color in some planks, 2 months waiting and I still have the floor with different color and don’t fitted properly.

QC Flooring were brilliant during our initial enquiry. We respected their wealth of knowledge and willingness to discuss various options with us. They were pricier than others but we wanted to go with a local business. However the after care has been terrible. It’s been near impossible to get a hold of them as calls are rarely picked up and I get an email once a month at best. After fitting was complete we noticed quite a few gaps and the floor panels aren’t level in some places. QC flooring use a 3rd party fitter. I was really disappointed that Mark from QC Flooring didn’t bother to check how the installation went afterwards and it’s been difficult to get hold of them since. We decided to ignore these snags despite not feeling like they’re up to the standards QC flooring represent. We had new flooring in September and the wrong door bars were used. We’re still waiting for the correct ones. Two of the panels have cracked since installation. It looks like they were improperly installed. I sent an email 14th Nov and received a response 2nd Dec asking if we have spares. I’m still waiting for another response. After spending thousands on new flooring, noticing various snags and having planks split, the last thing I want to do is keep chasing them. Unfortunately, until this is resolved asap, we won’t be recommending them again
