They have a great selection of tiles displayed around the showroom. The staff are happy to help and knowledgeable of their products. If they are unsure, then there's always someone on hand for support. We have bought all our floor and wall tiles from here.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews but Tile Mountain in Tunstall has always been the place for me to go throughout the years. Excellent selection of tiles and the service is second to none. Parv in particular - he's the very knowledgeable guy that will go the extra mile in helping you decide based on what's needed and wanted.

Would not recommend. Ordered some samples and received them. Then went on to receive a phone call every other day and an email to ask how my purchase was. Being hounded is not my ideal way to purchase a full set of tiles. Will be heading elsewhere as there will be less harassment

We started renovating our house and shopped all around for tiles. My wife and I visited the showroom and met with Pervaiz who was great. He helped us finding our tiles for our bathroom - we then returned to purchase tiles for our kitchen and downstairs bathroom!

Good quality tiles Can’t fault the quality but that’s as far as it goes. Ordered 21 boxes of tiles the courier (agency worker )was meant to ring to say what time he would be with our delivery no call came all tiles dropped outside our house didn’t sign for anything. When we telephone tile mountain about this they weren’t interested as he was an agency worker. Secondly don’t over order you are not permitted to send any tiles back even if they are unopened and in the same condition when delivered we have 6/7 boxes left over as we don’t want to put the rest of them down. You are only allowed to cancel your full order and a refund will then be submitted. £200 worth off tiles we don’t need and can’t send back.
Purchased some wall cladding got it home and it looks nothing like the display, returned them staff where extremely rude, and because I was woman they tried intimidating me by 3 men in the store I had to phone my builder to speak to them because they point blank refused to take it back! When they reluctantly agreed l to take it back they charged me 20% handling fee even though they where purchased from the store not ordered online
I would never use this company again, should be absolutely disgusted with yourselves.
My order should have arrived 5 days ago. I have then been given multiple delivery dates - which I have had to take time off work for, for them not to show up. I have made 10+ telephone calls, no one ever calls me back. I still have no tiles and no delivery date. Absolutely shocking customer service.
Looked round many tile shops and DIY stores and mountain tiles had a better selection and pricing. The show room is impressive and the staff are personal and helpful. They had my tiles in so I could take them away the same day.
I ordered our entire bathroom from here and I can say that this place has the absolute best customer service. Liam who served us was absolutely amazing and we were able to take our time to get our perfect bathroom ordered. Also had a great play area for kids to keep them entertained. Quality of all products also looks amazing and I am very happy with everything.
Excellent quality tiles, Excellent customer service throughout, and Excellent delivery. Ive had outdoor porcelain tiles and they are beautiful. We ordered too many due to a change of the original plan and Tile Mountain are accepting the extras back and refunding. I cant recommend Tile Mountain highly enough.... Everyone goes above and beyond to help you. I'll definitely be going back for the next project.

Order number 2. After a bad experience with tiles I tried ordering some laminate.
After noticing a wrong phone number on the invoice I phoned twice asking to update and was assured it was updated. Wrong! Again booking deliveries just dosent work out. Phoned on the day of delivery at 15:30 saying my order has not left the depot.
Avoid at all costs. Not worth the hassle!
A bright and well laid out showroom. Easy to get full tile sample ( at standard tile cost). Only given 4 stars because the extras .. edging, tile spacers, adhesive and grouting not priced up so I did not buy - their loss as I was unsure if they are competitively priced or expensive. However we did buy tiles!
Please note there is a terrace of three Mountain showrooms a few hundred yards down the road.
We bought our tiles from here. Price was good. Same tiles on sale elsewhere for 50% more! Had a chat with one chap who was a tile fixer. He was spot on, very helpful and gave good advice. I'd certainly buy from here again.

Inmade 2 order of tiles over £3000 in total.
6 piece tiles are special delivery from Italian which costs extra £70pounds.
Order should arrive in 2 weeks but after 2 weeks I still wait for my order but their said the order was not confirm yet by Italian side and need to wait 2 more weeks.
Now I wait over 5 weeks but showroom staffs not know where is my order!
After the payment made on the day, none staffs renew any information about my order.
It is really disappointing!

Well I ordered tiles online but under estimated how many tiles I would need. Phone conversations advised the required tiles were in stock but in Stoke..... counter staff very knowledgeable and pleasant.
They loaded my car for me after the purchase.

Having given the sales rep my sq ft for the tiling we were left over with 1 and a half boxes of tiles left over. Now i understand not accepting an opened box as a return but they refused to refund the full unopened box. What can be so difficult in accepting sealed boxes for return is beyond me and in my opinion is a poor service. The measurement given were correct and the amount was advised by the sales rep, very easy to add an extra box when the customers are unable to return any boxes of tiles. Not a good sales approach for the customers but great for Tile Mountain.

Would definitely not recommend, were told delivery would be between 9 and 12, turned up at 2, and I had to chase them for that! Also were recommended due to good customer service and returns allowed on full boxes remaining. Will never use again and will pro-actively tell people to avoid.

Went in to get Bathroom Mountain items (they are still building and fitting out Bathroom Mountain Showroom next door). Found everything we wanted, paid, loaded up and came home. Good quality and very very good price.
I came into Tile Mountain last week as I was re-decorating my bathroom, I am not what you would call a handy man and didn't really know what I was looking for but my wife told me she wanted tiles, thankfully I met Shammas Mehmood who was very professional and helped me find exactly what I needed and didn't mind all the questions I asked! Excellent customer service!
Advised over the phone to buy a specific adhesive for my wetroom. Only after the tiles have been fixed do I find out the adhesive is not suitable for floor tiles. Nowhere on the website does it say this, and I was specifically recommended to buy this product over the phone! Refused to acknowledge it was their fault. I'm now out of pocket for two days of labour costs for the tiler - they've all got to come back up and be relaid. Total waste of time - rubbish company!
Very good first experience not so much the second time around.
We almost ordered elsewhere but the same tile was nearly half price on tile mountain website and much cheaper delivery.
Delivery driver phoned 30min prior to delivery to make sure we are home.
We shall be back.

And we did go back only to not receive our delivery. Paid our tiler for an evening shift so even if tiles arrive at 6pm, they can still finish the job
Tiles didn't arrive. Only communication was received an hour after the slot and two hours after the customer service was closed.
The following day we were told they will deliver before midday and at 1pm that it will be 4pm.
Two days wasted while tbe bathroom was supposed to be finished today.
Shame as we hoped to order more for our upcoming kitchen project.
Very friendly staff and a great selection of tiles in an easy to browse layout. It also benefits from a kids play area for if you have children they are distracted while you look around. Was even offered a complimentary drink. Having taken photos of the tiles I like I will be returning to order as the prices seem to be better than other local outlets.
