I ordered a table top from the website. It took a few weeks to arrive due to me being on holiday. However, the product is top quality with a great finish. What can be confusing is some items are manufactured as I was told. But the item was showing next day delivery. Anyway I spoke to their customer service department and they explained it all to me. I would call them first to make sure. In all a good service and fabulous quality item. Very happy with it and if needed would use again.
Absolutely shocking service. They say they deliver next day but they don’t. They chase it up with the warehouse but never get back to you. They like to leave you on hold for ages. Shocking company don’t order from them at all.
Horrendous! They simply lie about delivery dates so that they don't lose the order. So if you want something on time or urgently, I wouldn't trust this lot. Don't just take my word for it, look at the other reviews and you'll probably get the picture. Wish I had!
Ordered online for next day delivery. Only part of the order delivered. Remainder outstanding and no advice as to when the remainder will be delivered. No call back by 12pm as requested. Customer Service not answering. Will be also reviewing on Trust Pilot. Very disappointing as first time dealing with this company.
Ordered some custom made desk screens, arrived ahead of ETA, good communication, decent price. Good service for me.
They sent the wrong table top and have promised to send the correct one out and still nothing, we have called them now several times and they keep saying they have sent it ? We are still waiting and it’s ridiculous
Called to check if stock was available before ordering on-line as we needed them urgently, told that a next day delivery is available so placed the order! Find out today when tracking delivery that in fact we won't get the order for 2 weeks?! Shocking
Ordered 4 corner desks with pedestals for our school, cost a small fortune. delivery was late and when they did finally arrive Office Reality's own installers could not fit them as there were no pedestals to support the desks. I have been fobbed off with "We are looking into it" excuses, and informed that the desks are imported from Italy so no stock is held in the UK. The Installers told me this happens every single day, and they had just come from another job where incorrect parts had been supplied. We now have a school office in total disarray waiting to hear if we will ever receive what we have paid for.

Ordered two chairs for use in NHS hospital, one never arrived, and another is not fit for purpose. This chair leans to one side, mis-aligning the back, ironically the website claimed this product was chiropractor-assured.
Reporting the defect to the company has resulted in several deliveries of spare parts for the chair over several months, which I am required to fit myself, requiring tools which would be commonplace in a mechanics workshop, but not in a hospital. The lean remains, I am unable to use the chair. Requests for a refund have been denied.
A few hundred pounds of tax-payers money has now been wasted for an unusable product which will be disposed of!

Shocking customer service. Continuous delays by using all the excuses in the book on both orders we placed, there is a lack of communication and customer support agent has a terrible attitude.
Utterly disgusting. Terrible experience. Ordered 3-5 working days. No correspondence what so ever. Phoned day three after various emails and messages. Finally after spending most of the morning on phone, found out delivery actually 3-4 months. Customer service - Ian basically could not careless - gave me no of his manager Tommy who after leaving various messages no returned phone call. Meant as a present so can’t replace as refund takes over a week. All in all horrendous experience and stressful and costly chasing them for update. Just do not order from them and do yourself a favour

Really disappointing as a someone who works in hospitality we rely on suppliers being competent, especially in the current situation. Wish I'd read the reviews on here sooner as it seems mine is far from an isolated incident.
Possibly the worst customer service to date. Having spent a lot of money with this company over the years, they have not only sent the wrong table top sizes, delivery was late and we're still awaiting contact on our order. As a hospitality business, we have been let down with no tables and no reply. Very poor service and lack of respect.

Avoid this company if you are looking for a professional service. They are one of those e-commerce business that sell you and disappear.
Ordered twice from this company, unfortunately the desks I ordered were out of stock for a couple of weeks on both occasions, however I was swiftly emailed with alternatives by Tommy and Adam. The customer service for this company is brilliant, and the desks are of the highest quality and really easy to put together. The next day delivery option on part of their range is phenomenal. I will 100% be purchasing all of my office supplies from this company in the future. An absolute pleasure.
We've used office reality a few times over the past 3 or 4 years. Although there were issues with the latest delivery they did sort it out without any quibble. Will use them again.
Shocker, do not use, i would give them no stars if possible. Still outstanding a delivery from July, promised in September, then October now the end of November.
I am kicking myself that i placed this order with them.
5 weeks in. No delivery, no communication, no answers to phone calls, but amazingly, money taken. Poor in this day and age.
