Another great opportunity to restore and refurbish a two flat house back into a beautiful single dwelling. The ground floor flat was so derelict you had to pick your way through the damp and debris, but this house had all the potential to become a wonderful family home.
We created a double reception on the ground floor leading into a light filled kitchen/dining extension. Bi-folding patio doors opened onto a small garden. We planted instant green screens of ready grown ivy as a background with a green and white planting scheme. A green garden brought into the kitchen through patio doors always delights. For the master bedroom we designed a wall of cupboards through which you walked to access the master en suite. In this house we chose to convert what had been the 2nd bedroom into a huge master en suite; such a feeling of space and luxury.

Once we had finished the loft conversion this house sold as a four bedroom house for a record price tag of £1.68 million.
