Tristan Hay Design was commissioned by the client to design and oversee the installation of the first fit out of this 250sqm Shoreditch restaurant.
An industrial space with flashes of sparkle centered around an original 1960’s Maggaza Murano Chandelier set the scene for this meat and whiskey restaurant. Strong urban textures sit alongside hues of green, blue and copper with reclaimed furniture and lighting.
Originally a warehouse shell, reclaimed furniture now sits alongside a copper penny wall, reclaimed Victorian flooring and steel ventilation pipes, creating an exposed industrial chic feel. The centre piece is a huge original 1960s Mazzega Murano chandelier hung below a centre light-well. Upholstered banquet seating, cinema seats reclaimed from a Grimsby theater, a 3m covenant table and reclaimed materials including metal window frames that sit behind impressive Victorian doors and an individually designed back-bar.
