Small 25 sqm studio apartment in the heart of the City- perfect Pied a
Terre and exiting challenge for our studio. The brief was to create a
multifunctional solution which would give freedom of comfortable and
easy day to day life.
The result- stylish and functional apartment
with 6 spaces all fitting neatly within one another. The living room,
office, bedroom and dining room all converge into each other’s
respective spaces.
Pocket door in a small apartment is indispensable solution. It saves a
lot of valuable space and can always be kept open letting kitchen to be
part of the main room.
Working station is an important but normally not such a vibrant part of
the interior. In this 25sqm studio it was hidden within the mirrored
wardrobe to keep interior clean and uncluttered. 180 degree hinges allow
doors open completely giving plenty of space for comfortable and
productive work.
Unfolding bed is a perfect solution for the studio flat. It gives you an
opportunity to have a spacious luxuries living room during the day and
proper king size bedroom at night.
Expendable console table and Ottoman which can be converted into 5
individual stools create perfect dining experience within tiny studio.
In order to maximise the space in a bathroom we tried to keep floor area
as clean and minimalistic as possible. Wall mounted toilet and
vanity-unit open floor area visually expanding the space. Large slabs of
porcelain and slim shower tray bring neat contemporary finish. Mirror
hides recessed wall cabinet above the toilet and double the space.
