An existing 1 level house was extended by adding first floor accommodation : main + en suite bathroom & walk in dressing , kids bedrooms and a small lounge.
One of the main tasks was a slick and modern new look to match the new owner's requrements.
The new owner requested a change in the traditional look of the existing house.

A traditional building with a look that does not stand out in the area. The owner like the area but feels that the building is not a fair reflection of his socila status and life style.
Various poorly planned additions were buoilt before the owner approached our company. The result was a busy design with fragmented spaces. Definitely not a pleasant envirionment for a young family.
